HCF Scholarship Common Application
How to apply for a current scholarship

HCF distributes over $6 million annually to deserving students, making it the third largest private provider of post-secondary scholarship in the state. Our scholarships support students who are pursuing degrees from colleges and universities, as well as those obtaining career and technical education at a community college. In 2020, the average scholarship award was over $6,000 per student.

The HCF 2021-2022 Common Application will open on Monday, November 16, 2020, and will close on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 4 PM Hawaii Standard Time.

Stronger Together Hawaii Scholarship Fund

Stronger Together Hawai'i Scholarship Fund
Helping Hawai’i students affected by COVID-19

The Stronger Together Hawai’i Scholarship Fund awarded over $2 million to Stronger Scholars - 2020 Hawai‘i public high school graduates who participated in the  Next Steps to Your Future Program. Stronger Scholars must submit a 2021-2022 HCF Common Application to renew their scholarship award for next year.

Hawaii Community Foundation's unconditional love and support is something I will never forget; I'm not only receiving from the donors of HCF, but also learning from them how to give with a big and steady heart.
