Victoria S. and Bradley L. Geist Foundation: Supporting Transitioning Foster Youth
Supports transitioning foster youth, ages 16-24, legally recognized as current or former foster youth. Proposals that align with the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative are preferred. The proposal should address some aspect of improving outcomes for youth in the areas of Permanence, Education, Employment, Housing, Physical and Mental Health and Personal and Community Engagement.
