OCB-Executive Transition
These grants are intended to help nonprofits plan for a smooth transition from one Executive Director (ED) to the next, prior to hiring the new Executive Director. This may be an opportunity to revisit the mission in order to be clear about what an organization needs in a new ED. It may also be an opportunity to revisit the ED’s job description and be sure that the board has realistic expectations of a new ED. These grants will not pay for an interim ED, or the costs of recruiting and hiring a new ED. If you are interested in applying, please contact Pi'ikea Miller, Sr. Program Officer, at pmiller@hcf-hawaii.org or call 537-6333 to discuss your project.
